Wonderful apartment, kind landlord with lots of tips what to visit, see and where to find a nice food.

The only problem was the washing machine, it was completely out of order and I guess was not checked by the cleaning lady its` state after previous guests. But it`s a minor problem if you don`t need to do any laundry and I am sure can be fixed or replaced.

We had a great time in Porto. The choice of the apartment was very successful as it is excellent in all respects. The Metro stop was right across the street. But above all I want to express my congratulations to Carlos. He is extremely friendly, always smiling and informative.

Carlos was really helpful and provided us with information regarding parking and pickup of the keys prior to arrival. He also sent useful tips regarding things to do during our visit to Porto. The apartment looks and feels new, and we enjoyed cooking our own dinners in the beautiful kitchen. The location is very quiet and there is no noise. The value for money for such a spacious and clean place is unmatched in the city.

"Very convenient location and amazingly helpful host."

The location is in perfect proximity to the city center and the metro is right outside the door. This was so convenient and easy to navigate.

There was a stain on the bed sheets that made me question if they’re washed between guests. There was a lack of ventilation in the apartment so it’d get hot and stuffy at times but opening the balcony door would let bugs in.

"Clean, comfortable and well-located"

Super clean and has an elevator which was important for a member of my group with reduced mobility. It’s really cozy and comfortable. Everything feels new and modern, and there is even a portable air conditioner. I would stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

The only reason I did not rate it a 10 is because we wished there was a window in the bedroom.
