"Muito boa exceto a apresentação das áreas comum do prédio"

O apto é bem mantido.

A manutenção do prédio é ruim. Os elevadores dão utilizados pelos condôminos hóspedes e pessoal de serviço de manutenção predial e esses deixam os elevadores sujos e com as paredes riscadas. Manutenção predial das áreas comuns deplorável.

"Viaje en familia a Oporto"

Muy bien ubicado en una zona muy tranquila y a 10 minutos de la Zona Catalina y a 12 minutos del Mercado de Bolhão. Tiene una parada de taxis y un supermercado Continente justo al lado. Me ha gustado mucho el apartamento, ha sido acogedor y el espacio más que suficiente. Estaba todo muy limpio y tiene accesorios para cocinar. Gabriel ha sido muy atento con nosotros y nos ha dado recomendaciones de lugares para visitar. Muchas gracias por todo.

Por decir algo, el colchón era demasiado blando para mi gusto y el sofá cama muy duro.

Bardzo miła obsługa- na powitanie dostaliśmy porcje praktycznych informacji o Porto - co warto zobaczyć, co spróbować do jedzenia i gdzie warto zjeść. Parking w obiekcie (za to dodatkowy punkt!) Lokalizacja- w miarę blisko do centrum

Czystość pozostawiała nieco do życzenia (szczególnie łazienka!) Do tego brudna patelnia w szafce kuchennej. Luźna deska sedesowa. Brak powitalnej kawy w kapsułkach do ekspresu (aby chociaż wiedzieć jaką trzeba kupić we własnym zakresie) Niewygodne drugie łóżko (sofa rozkładana) i jej umiejscowienie - w przejsciu do łazienki przy drzwiach wejściowych do apartamentu

"Apartamento muy agradable con parking gratuito"

Apartamento pequeño pero con todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia. Cuenta con parking gratuito, que es de agradecer ya que toda la zona es de pago a 1.20€/hora. El ascensor baja hasta el parking. Hay un supermercado Continente a 50 metros.

Para 3-4 personas hay un canapé-cama en la entrada. Es cómodo pero dificulta la entrada y salida tanto del apartamento como del cuarto de baño.

"Good base for exploribg Porto and its surroundings when you have a car."

Easy walking distance to main attractions. Washing machine. Parking garage. Safe building. Close to a large supermarket. Friendly staff.

Mold in the bathroom. Lack of shelves or hangers in bathroom. Lack of instructions for check-in. We arrived in front of building and had no idea how to get in. Luckily we bought a SIM that allowed calling. We waited for about 45 mins for someone to finally show up.
