Very good location in Porto, you can walk everywhere. Parking garage!!! Metro station very close by. Safe area. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. The host was very nice. Gave us good tips on restaurants and on what to see in Porto. We had a great time.

Wifi is complete trash (barely usable). There was an old person weird smell.

Location is a walkable distance to the old town. The suite is modern and comfortable. The kitchen had all the amenities mentioned. And Gabriel was extremely helpful to check us in and assist us.

The location was good, within walking distance to everything. The apartment building was quite dark and grim looking but the apartment itself was bright, clean and comfortable with plenty of space.

We struggled to find the property, the information given is not very clear. We had a major issue when checking out, the lady that showed us to the apartment told us to leave the pass for the car park and the keys on the table of the apartment, I asked if we would be able to get out of the car park without these and was told we would. On the day of check out, we left the apartment and keys as instructed got down to the car park entrance and could not get in to the car, luckily after waiting another couple came down and exited so we were able to get to our car. The next issue was that we could not exit the car park in the car, I had no signal on my phone and we wasted an hour trying to get out of the car park with no apology!

This is a double bed apartment with a sofa bed, which can accommodate 2-4 people. It equiped with a A/C and a heater I assume, and whole apartment is tidy and clean. You may move in with only your teeth brush. This apartment has a secured access and it has a perfect location, nearly most of attractions are in walking distance. Even Gaia new city is 10 minutes away by taxi. Compared with its location and amentity, it is a great deal and a perfect place for leisure stay of a few days or weekly stay. A bonus! The host Gabriel is very friendly and knowledgeable. I assume he is a foodie. He recommended us some restaurants that serve different kind of local cuisines. We tried every restaurant he recommended during a three day stay, and we strongly agreed with what he recommended. His recommmendation has saved us plenty of time and energy, and his restaurant recoommendations matched what we got from ChatGPT!!

If I have to point out a disvantage, I recommend replacing the lock with a combination padlock that is more convenient to use for guests.
