Big comfortable bed, spacious area. Free parking in secure garage. Hoist met with no delays and really helpful information regarding the area. Easy to walk to the centre and all around Porto.

Big crack down one of the windows. Lift shuddered every use when on the floor selected. Shower head broken and not fixed to the wall so had to hand hold for all showers. Also to do with the area, lots of prostitutes on one of the roads to get to the centre there day and night.

Great location with parking. Staff member who met us for check-in was very friendly and helpful.

Whilst we understand these apartments are within a larger subletted building, the entry, foyer, lift, and hallway were unclean and neglected. Something the body corporation will need to address. Our room was pretty clean. However, we found hair from someone on the too thick bed pillows, and the bath towels had some stains on them. Apartment building was tricky to find by car. However, the check-in fellow was very helpful with parking.

Parking included

Very awkward having to specify an exact time to arrive when travelling from a distance. Buiding not obvious at all. Was very difficult to find. No clear instructions on parking and very small parking space. Shower head was broken and would not stay up. Toilet seat loose.

The location was perfect. The apartment was cozy, quiet and comfortable. Gabriel, the host, was very kind and welcoming. It was really nice to have some basics such as coffee, sugar, salt and detergent.

There was not a chopping board.

This apartment has a designated parking space available within the building. The owner met us on arrival, helped us park the car and then took us to the apartment where he provided loads of helpful information about Porto. We loved that he suggested where to eat, what to see, what not to miss etc. It was extremely helpful. The apartment itself was spotless, the bed and the sofa bed too were very comfortable, we didn't really use the kitchen but it had everything you might need. The location of this place is remarkably close to the main sites in Porto - we only ever walked and reached the Capela das Almas de Santa Catarina within 10 minutes.
