This apartment was beautiful and well appointed. It was a really good size and the location was excellent. It was centrally located to Sao Bento train station and the river front. It was a short walk to just about everywhere. There is a great market My Auchen, less than 5 mins away.

Есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Из гаража на лифте можно сразу попасть в апартаменты. Местоположение выше всяких похвал, в самом центре города. Всё в пешей доступности. Нас встретил Рафаэль - очень милый молодой человек.

Excellent location, very clean, the facility is very very good, Rafael very nice guy, he explained every deatail. This place is highly recommended, bery well kept.

"Great location and good value for money"

- Amazing central location - Very spacious apartment - Noise proof

- Toilet flushing was a bit difficult and required multiple pushes - Full sized kitchen was great to use however there wasn’t many basic essentials such as cooking oil. Salt was available at the time - Wifi was slow and often unstable. Difficult to comfortably use
