L'emplacement c'est le grand atout, mais c'est tout

Il y a un parking dans l'immeuble, mais l'accès est un enfer si votre voiture est plus grande qu'un vélo, trottinette électrique, moto ou Clio. Climatisation bruyante - je pense que c'est un problème avec les pompes de remontée du condensat - le même problème chez moi. Pas d'isolation phonique - on entend le bruit de la rue comme si on était sur le trottoir. Literie pas confortable - dans la chambre à coucher c'est un petit lit double de 160 cm de largeur. La douche n'a pas de pression - 5ème étage ? tartre ? Les 2 ? La chasse d'eau - il fallait appuyer avec beaucoup de conviction.

Boden und Oberflächen nicht sauber. Bettbezug und Handtücher nicht sauber. Ausziehbett unstabil.

Spacious. Kitchen facilities were very good. Location was very central. Parking under the building and the hosts were very helpful in getting us into the parking area which was very tight. We would not have managed without his assistance.

À possible concern about the shower over the bath. Might be difficult if someone has mobility issues. Also lots of shampoo but not conditioner for washing hair. Body wash for showering would be better than small soap. Lighting in rooms could be brighter.

Super location, clean apartment, great for 3 people

Very well located, walking distance to everything. As soon as you get out of the apartment you are directly in old Porto and all the nice streets with stores and restaurants. 10 min walk from the Harry Potter’s library’’livrairia Vello’’. The apartment is surprisingly big for where it’s located. Typically in old areas like this apartment are small but well located. In this case it has both! Raphael was very kind with us as we had difficulty to find the parking for our car. Since we had a car, Raphael offered us an inside parking for $15 eur a night. Believe me, if you have a car, this is a gift. A well invested $30 eur!!!

Sofa bed for 3rd person needs an additional mattress to prevent the bed joints from poking you off and on
