Location is great, in a lively neighbourhood with many restaurants around and close to the centre. Comfortable place overall for a couple nights.

I wouldn’t recommend this place for longer stays though. Wifi didn’t work (I wasn’t able to work from the apartment), the bathroom ventilation system was constantly making a very loud noise, not only after using it. Some other minor details like a coffee maker not working and an old shower door that gets stuck.

Beautiful clean apartment in bustling area of the city with many bars and restaurants nearby. Flat was well-equipped and quiet despite lively location. Location is ideally suited for public transport links and main tourist attractions. Communication with host was swift and efficient.

location was very good, there's a really nice chocolate store around the corner that have a fantastic port wine tasting, do it!! Lots of restaurants nearby, so many that is was hard to choose. The apartment was clean, updated and really nice. The bathroom was also clean, nice and updated. The area is very lively and as in most of the cities in Portugal, smelled terribly like cigarette smoke, but if you kept the doors closed it was not an issue for inside. Noise was not an issue for us at all, and there were great motorized shades that blocked out all the light. Kitchen clean, updated and had some fresh water for us which was appreciated. Wifi was good. Property managers/personnel were very nice but know that they are not on site and we had to wait for someone to get there and they are only open certain hours to talk to. We were able to have our bags held at their main office which was like a 15-20 minute walk from the apartment. The room was really lovely.

Only issue is there was a bit of a sewage smell at times. The fan was always on in the bathroom which I think helped but I think a permanent air freshener would really help. The balcony was really, really small. I was hoping to dry clothes on it but it certainly wouldn't fit the rack. Also, I think it should be stated that there is a washing machine but it is communal and not private in the room. It worked well but we were a little thrown off by that. Note that the beds were put together for a "king" and we had some things fall in the middle but this is common with our experience in Europe. The main "lobby" area had some type of yellow spill/gunk the entire 4 days we stayed and was never cleaned which was odd but the room itself was extremely clean.

Beautiful apartment, well equipped everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great location plenty of cafe`s and nice places to eat and drink nearby. Easy walk too and from the Trinidad metro station ( for airport ). Plus big supermarket near the metro station. Great walk down to the river front and nearby attractions.

Great location and a great place. Quiet considering the location and the blackout blinds were fantastic. The shower is one of the best I’ve ever had. Japan-level water pressure.

The place frequently and mysteriously smelled of boiled cabbage, some times intensely. The host refused to give us more towels when we asked. The frying pan in the kitchen is so small that it’s almost unusable. Nothing major but lots of little things that added up. All in all still a place worthing staying at. This place would be 10/10 with some small tweaks.

Tourism tax could be completed in overall bill

Excellent location, great place to stay with good restaurants close by & good vibe. Good communication from the property manager. Nice & safe apartment except for broken things in the property - noted in disappointed comments, these will need to be addressed asap otherwise it would have been excellent. We did enjoy our stay. I would definitely recommend the apartment.

Just little things that could be improved - When we arrived, bedroom door handle broken, toilet seat unstable, 1 x chair broken, 1 x shower spout didn't stay up, no shower gel & shampoo, no laundry tablets, not enough toilet paper, broken shoe rack, 1 pillow was lumpy & unsatisfactory. It would be good to have a couple of tea towels and face cloths in the property. Instructions to wifi were not clear on where to find it, no instructions to the location of washing machine & how to operate it. Noted: When asked for more shower gel, pillow, and toliet paper, they were delivered to us the next day. Also, communication with the property manager was quick to respond re wifi & washing machine. The property manager helped on how to use it, too. The other broken things will need to be addressed to make this property excellent.

A nice apartment located in the centre of Porto. An easy walk from the most important sights; supermarkets and lots of restaurants in the area. Good for 2 persons.

The neighborhood can get a little noisy at night (but there is AC, so you can sleep with windows closed, your sinuses permitting). Small details would require improving - there was no washing-up liquid, the shower was a bit difficult to operate, the shoes cupboard was falling apart.
