"Superb"

Able to do washing and easy access to restaurants and close proximity to station

"Pleasant, light apartment suitable for short break."

Clean, bright and spacious. Fantastic shower. Staff seemed attentive and nice via WhatsApp. Easy check in.

Constant noise of the air con even when switched off. Slightly unpleasant smell in the apartment. Very little toilet roll, no washing up liquid and only two coffee capsules. Not things you really want to buy when only there for three days.

"Perfect location for a Porto getaway"

Location was perfect- is next to a lot of restaurants and bakeries and a short walk to the river. The apartment was well equipped and clean. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was very modern and clean. The kitchen was functional. Small balcony, but definitely nice to have. Check in was easy and was allowed slightly earlier than usual which was nice.

Slightly sewagey smell around the bathroom. Like stale water. Not obvious where it was coming from but could definitely be smelt from the bed. There is a big hole over the shower which is slightly disconcerting. I assume it used to/ should have some kind of vent on it.

This apartment has a potential black mold issue which could be health affecting (we have not felt healthy since we left) A horrible smell that may be related to the mold issue Inability of the staff to resolve multiple issues. We reached out to the property without satisfactory resolution. Even after going to booking.com they were very slow to respond. The staff said they didn't notice the smell but many of the past reviews mention it Bathroom fan runs continuously without a cover so is a black hole in the shower ceiling Ancient TV it was so old you couldn't stream to it or connect directly via HDMI. The heating didn't work you couldn't get the unit to generate heat 1 coffee cup to share for all people 3 wine openers and no wine glasses
