The location was the only good thing about it.

First of all, the reservation was for my sister and parents with all the contact information of my sister given to the staff from the start and she made the online check-in. It is important to remember it for later things. The first thing that went bad, is that they kept contacting me instead of my sister. They kept messaging me regarding the online check in until I said to confirm the details. Then they kept messaging me every day during those 3 days and when I said to contact my sister, they asked for me to give them her contact again!!! My sister had marked to have check-in right at 15.00 as they had first flight already during the night. When she messaged them to ask if they could enter 20 before 15:00, the apartment advised that the cleaning was late, so they could go to the apartment only at 16.00. When at 16 they arrived, the cleaning still had not finished and they had to wait another 20 minutes for the cleaning to stop. Mind you, the floor continued to be dirty. This situation was communicated to the host and they told to my sister that to compensate they can have late check out. All good. The apartment - the mirror had fallen down from the wall, so it just there on the ground against the wall. There was one cabinet in the kitchen without the door and there was no door anywhere. On the day of the check-out, my sister, as confirmed before, had late check-out, just more 30 minutes of offered hour. However, the cleaning staff came already at 11:15 surprised that they were still there. Then the host tried to call ME again regarding the situation. Then later after my sister and parents had left the place, they called ME again, and finally called my sister. The first thing the asked was "Where did you put the kitchen cabinet door? The tech guy is there and cannot find the door" mind you, there never was a door during the whole stay. When my sister explained it to the host they told "oh well, I will contact the cleaning staff then?

L’emplacement était super. L’endroit confortable

Odeur de moisissure vraiment forte. Nous avons eu de symptômes d’allergie qui sont partis une fois que nous avons quitté. Nous avons avisé l’hôte qui semblait surpris mais on voit dans les commentaires que c’est récurrent. J’ai oublié mon insuline au frigidaire. J’ai avisé peu de temps après de mon oublie (on voit clairement que c’est un médicaments) et j’ai eu une réponse 2 jours plus tard que l’entretient l’a jeté. Donc de nombreux tracas à cause de ceci.

La ubicación es espectacular, puedes ir andando a todos los lugares.

El barrio es bastante alegre nocturnamente. De la casa no me gustaron bastantes cosas, decia que tenia lavadora y no es cierto, las almohadas son terriblemente incomodas, el sofa cama se separa mientras duermes, las sillas son peligrosas, faltan escoba (normal) y fregona entre otras cosas... Ah! Y huele raro....

Tout la déco, le confort, la clim. Le petit balcon. Très propre et spacieux. Super bien placé dans Porto.

Le stationnement pas facile à trouver

The location can not be beat! We were in the center of everything we wanted to see, do, and eat, in Porto. Nothing was more than a 15 minute walk! The apartment was also spacious, we did not feel like we were cramped at all. The space is nicely decorated and felt very clean!

Everything felt a little broken. The chairs in the dining room were wobbly, the bathroom faucet was loose, and the door rattled whenever someone exited or entered the building. These were all minor issues, but did make our stay less comfortable. Additionally, the laundry is not offered in unit and the kitchen has very minimal cookware.

The place was clean and great location. Host was paying attention to our needs.

A lot of noise everywhere, from doors upstairs to those very close to us. Noises in the bathroom. And as much as it is in a very good location in the pictures everything looks way better. Also, there were not a lot of appliances so not worth the money, it is too expensive

Bright and airy apartment close to several small cafes and bars. Good communication from the agency on day of arrival...they also contacted us mid stay to check all was ok. Cute small balconies not really big enough for sitting but gives an authentic feel to the flat. On second floor with a lift. It's about 15 min walk to Trinidade metro station, where there's a direct line to the airport.
