ORM- Flores Apartment

It was very spacious & clean. The location was wonderful. The apartment had everything we needed. Staff were very attentive & clear how to access building.

Fabulous apartment, great location right in the centre of things, Definitely recommend. No left luggage but the rental company were happy to take care of our bags on the last day. Would love to go back - Porto is wonderful.

Our flat was on third floor which I hadn't picked up on! But we were fitter at the end of our stay and worked off a few pastel de natas!

1st floor apartment was excellent

The property was very roomy and comfortable. We loved the large dining room and kitchen area as well as the back terrace. The location was fabulous and we enjoyed the street entertainers. Close to train station..

Lack of supplies, paper towels, not enough toilet paper and dishwasher pods.

Amazing apartment in the heart of Porto nestled between two 5-star hotels! The location was perfect! We could walk 10 minutes in any direction to get to a major site. I picked it because I didn't want to walk too far up or down in any one direction. On a great street with no car traffic. Live music outside the living room window until 10pm which was great ambiance. We even sat out on the large balcony one evening and had dessert while listening to the music. Bedrooms are on the opposite side of the building so you can't hear the music from there and it won't disturb your sleep if you go to bed early. So the apartment on the whole is extremely quiet. The apartment was incredibly spacious and well-stocked. It had two bedrooms (one double bed and one room with two twins and looked just like the pictures. All the decor appeared to be recently done and very modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was extremely narrow, but well supplied. I did ask for extra toilet paper like one reviewer suggested. I had someone meet us there to check us in as I saw people had problems with the key. The key is directional, so it was helpful to have a live person check us in and then we were able to pay the city tax to him in cash instead of going to the office. Also, he gave us a map and suggestions. Down the street is the best custard tarts/pastel de nata in Porto (and believe me, I tried dozens of them!). It's on the corner and called Castro-Atelier de Pasteis de Nata. Oh, and the apartment even had a view of the cathedral which lit up at night and was beautiful. It is on the top floor so you do have to walk up 4 flights of stairs, but well worth it!! Pictures are from the balcony and then from the outside of the building. You can't see the balcony because it is way up top. Ale-Hop is the store at the bottom of the building.

Since no cars are allowed on the road that the apartment is on, we had to carry our luggage down the street to the apartment. The streets are hilly and cobblestone so be careful when you walk.

Location is great, in the heart of everything, big apartment and well equipped

Could be noisy from the street during evening time

It was a spacious, clean apartment with a lovely balcony. We enjoyed sitting out for breakfast with pastries. Great aircon to keep you cool. We enjoyed a guitarist who played in the street below each night (but not too late).

A lot of stairs - we were on the third floor. Would have been useful to have a t-towel for washing up.

Great location, big property

Got woken up at 6:15am first morning and 7:15am second morning by street cleaners. It was ok though and a small price for a fabulous location.

Not any tea or milk to welcome us or enough toilet rolls. Very noisy outside at night and early mornings so not good sleep!,
