ORM- Flores Apartment

El apartamento es muy bonito, limpio y parece nuevo. La ubicación es perfecta en una calle muy bonita y accesible para ver todo Oporto. La comunicación con los dueños fue muy buena. Todo Genial

Por decir algo, faltaba algún producto de limpieza como una balleta o recogedor.

Limpieza y ubicación

Muy ruidoso durante la noche y primera hora de la mañana. No deja descansar Un solo baño es poco para el número de personas a alojar. Una caja fuerte, aporta seguridad.

Everything! From the moment we booked until the moment we checked out. Message when I first booked, with information and recommendations. Communication was always friendly and prompt. The property organised an airport transfer for us as we were arriving close to midnight, this was so easy. Checking instructions were clear and accurate. Breakfast pack was organised by the property and delivered to us on our first morning, making it easy to start the day with kids, without knowing what was around us. The property sent messages throughout our stay welcoming us and with recommendations. They help book a river cruise. The property itself is exactly as the pictures, it’s very spacious and modern. It was in a great location, as it was only 10-20mins walk to any of the tourist sights in Porto (just to note Porto is very hilly!) The pedestrian street that the property is located on is lovely and there are many little restaurants and brunch places at your doorstep. Everyone in Porto was so friendly and it’s such a beautiful city. Thankyou, you made our stay more than just accomodation, the property genuinely cared about us guests.

Just points to note: If coming by car, you will most likely be dropped off on the main road as the property is on a pedestrian only street, so you will need to walk up a small hill and then along the pedestrian path, in total about 100m (an easy walk). The property doesn’t have a washing machine (I just assumed it would being an apartment, which was fine as we were only there for a few days). There is no elevator, it is a narrow spiral staircase up to the property. Might be hard if you can’t lift your luggage. Unfortunately there is currently renovation across from the apartment, so you can hear construction noise from 7am in the bedrooms. Not sure how much longer this will be for. Rubbish trucks come through early at 6am to collect rubbish. There are not many supermarkets in Porto, you need to go out of the city if you want to do a good food shop. There is a small supermarket close by, but its selection is limited.

Ubicación inmejorable, amplio, luminoso, muy limpio. Hizo que tuviéramos una estancia muy cómoda.
