Location is nice, studio is big, it’s basic but has everything needed for a short stay

The staff has no sense of customer service and is very rude I stayed here for 2 nights, and had stained bedsheets, when I asked for them being changed I got told that I am lying several times about the sheets being unclean and they weren’t changed during my stay even though I asked for it Staff was extremely rude to me

The place desperately needs deep cleaning

Absolutely amazing place, huge apartment in a very central location, everything is in a walkable area, but if you are lazy to walk bust stop is next to the apartment, shops, restaurants in 5-7 minute of walk. Host is very welcoming and communicative.

1. The apartment looks and feels clean. 2. Nice view of the river and in general it’s a great district to stay in. 3. The flat has natural light. 4. Very comfortable bed. 5. The shower has good water pressure. 6. It’s a new build so no mould. 7. Host kindly left a bottle of port.

1. I would say that 4PM is a very late check in time for this price, considering most other places allow check in much earlier. 2. I booked this flat because it was listed as one of the biggest (150sqm), but there is NO way it’s this large. Maybe they calculated outdoor space:). 3. I stayed there for 3 nights because it was my vacation but the Host called and texted (booking app + directly on WhatsApp) me about new issues every single day. However, when I had questions in our conversation she completely ignored them. So communication was very poor. 4. The housekeeper didn’t put out toilet paper in both bathrooms, luckily we found some spare in the drawer. Also no towels at all downstairs. 5. They came to the apartment to pick up something without telling us. What is weird and very strange🤷🏻 6. She told me after the fact that the downstairs aircon is broken. 7. We weren’t told that there would be loud construction right outside the building.

When we enter room it was smelly so badly i it was a clorox from cleaning 😤

We stayed from december 30th 2024 till january 2nd 2025 in room no. 4 of the flat. At the evening of the first day we found that a lot of water came from the light bowl of the bathroom. The use of the bathroom was quite impossible but above all we were seriously afraid because of the possibility of a short circuit. We immediately adviced the host but no tangible solutions were taken. We asked at least for a refund but we didn't received any answer.
