Good location

The property needs a complete freshen up. Its walls are dirty. Pillows smell. Bed is old and lumpy. No bedside lamp. Curtains and blinds old and dirty. Tiles in the shower need a good clean as does the adhesive. Shower is not a shower, it’s one continual stream of water. You have to move around under it to wash!! The communal stair area smells of urine. This is the most disappointing place I have ever stayed. AVOID.

The smell in the bathroom

Position is very good, close to main historical and commercial venues. There are coffee shops nearby and a little grocery store (for beverages and milks) and the next door. Interior design is nice, they optimised very well the space. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is sufficiently equipped.

What we describe is for Apartment 1 on the ground floor. Imprecise description: it is a studio apartment, it does not have a bedroom or a kitchen as displayed in the description. We found hairs in the showers and the apartment was cleaned very superficially. In the corridor of the building dirty sheets of other flats stationed for the entire three days of our stay, day and night. The apartment, particularly the bathroom, is soaked in humidity, so that plaster is partially destroyed by humidity and mould. The bathroom is equipped with a dehumidifier working 24/7 but, nevertheless, the room is in the described conditions. The smell of humidity is very disturbing. When we entered the apartment, one of the two windows was not equipped with curtains, having a toddler with us we were extremely worried of all the lights (sun and floor lamps) straight on the beds. We asked for reparations of the curtain, we were assured by the owner but, after three days, the curtain was still lacking. In all this, nobody showed up and we had only kind but unproductive email exchanges with the owner.

Location , Alice. .. amenities , communication with the owner was exceptional.

Stairs …. But we were prepared

Proximity to city center.

Difficult to access on first day.

Fabulous location and close car park around the corner with reasonable rates for €12 per 24hrs.

TV didn't work and minimal Kitchen utilities/supplies.
