Very nice big apartment with a washing machine and comfortable bed. Had everything we need for our stay and was close to everywhere we needed to be.

The heater wasn't working while we were there so it was cold the entire time,. They said they are going to get it. Fixed and did have extra blankets for the bed

The apartment was located in the perfect area for sightseeing. Very helpful with requests and prompt!! Wouldn't hesitate as a solo traveller to book this apartment again.

on arrival (at midnight) the Aircon wasn't working and it was cold and smelt a bit foisty. But on contacting the owner first thing the next morning this was rectified and extra heating provided, and by next day all dampness aroma had gone and it was warm and cosy So perhaps if no one has been in the place for awhile they need to just warm it through on the day someone arriving.

You need more kitchen facilities: bottle opener, corkscrew, and dishwashing liquid. The TV screen does not work. I suggest adding a non-slip mat in the shower stall.

"Owner needs to change the door lock, is not safe."

Location.

One night, when we were sleeping, a couple opened the front door to enter the accommodation. The door was locked but they could open it. They were not coming to the apartment, got confused, they were going to another apartment of the same flat. Obviously the door is not safe. Luckily the intruders left but things could have turned out differently and we got a big fright. I strongly recommend the owner to change the lock of the door. As it is now, it is NOT safe for anyone staying in. Other than that the apartment was basic (no coffee, very few things in the kitchen) but clean. The location was excellent.

Location was perfect, the apartment was clean

Quality of door locks to the apartment was not good and should be modernised as they were quite flimsy
