Excellent location, very comfortable for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). Kids loved the surprise hiding spot in the apartment.

A few more towel hooks in the bathroom would be helpful.

Accommodation, in the center, everything is very close. Welcoming of the host, clean apartment

Apartment is not big, I would say suitable for 1-2 days for our family of 4, but for longer stay (we have been 5 days) it was quite small. Owner has made everything to make the space works, but you should keep in mind - it is not big. Also, I felt a lack of sunlight. It is compensated by all day walks through the city, but in the morning you have to check what time is it, can not rely on the picture in the window.

This place was amazing!!! The perfect location. Such a beautiful apartment with a homey feel and everything you need. Loved staying here with my husband and three young children. They had a cute little nook with toys and books that my kids loved. The owner was so amazing at getting back to us. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and making it an easy transition into the apartment.

Location, location, location. In the heart of the Riberia neighborhood you can literally walk out the front door and see the river. A very safe and walkable neighborhood. What makes this place stand apart, is the owner, Teresa. She answered a dozen questions prior to my arrival and met us at the apartment to show us the place and get us settled. Just above and beyond! She left me a beautiful platter of cheese, crackers, jams rather than her traditional cake because I’m gluten free and I had mentioned it. She’s warm, friendly a But not obtrusive. The apartment is SO functional, so homey, so clean and was very comfortable. Leave your blow dryer, umbrella at home- they had everything you need. There is also a small washer, which after a week of travel was a bonus! Also- there is a market close by- and on the back entrance a wonderful little family owned restaurant and a gelato shop! Loved it and wish I’d booked this place for more nights.

There is nothing not to like. There are some steps from the kitchen to the living area/ bedrooms. If you have ambulatory issues, it might be a problem. There is some construction next door but only during the week days. Didn’t affect my stay.

The apartment was super nice, the location was great, but Teresa is what really made this place the best. She was super helpful and provided everything we needed to know.
