"Super dans l ensemble"

L espace logement grand et très bien placé en face de l arrêt de bus et à proximité d un supermarché. Toilettes et Sdb en haut et en bas. Génial Machinz à laver, Lave vaisselle petit nécessaire de nettoyage, éponge, liquide vaisselle, était present.

Les murs pas très propres traces de salissures et d humidité. L alèse du canapé très sale qu il a fallu enlevée. Les évacuations parfois douche et lavabo qui sont très lentes. Pas de cafetière électrique... Nous n a vions pas la vue sur le Douro...dommage il faudrait le préciser dans l annonce

La amplitud del apartamento y que tenía dos baños, uno en cada planta. Salón muy amplio con una gran mesa, cocina bien equipada excepto por la cafetera.

La luz que entra por las luminarias del techo del salón no permiten dormir en el sofá cama en cuanto amanece. Tiene cafetera pero es incompatible con la vitrocerámica, tiene lavadora pero no hay ninguna secadora, tendedero o lugar para secar la ropa. Hay humedades importantes en el hueco de la escalera. Tuvimos mala suerte al coincidir 3 de las 5 noches con los inquilinos franceses del piso de arriba, eran muy ruidosos hasta altas horas de la madrugada.
