The property is close to a bus route and walking distance from the city centre (if you like walking) so convenient location to access beaches and city.

It is comfortable but a bit spartan and could do with a refresh.

Great location for walking to the center, catching the tram or walking along the river front ( no views)

Scant facilities (certainly did NOT feel like home). No coffee maker, towel hooks, tea towels etc. Sofa cushions and walls dirty. Mould only just kept at bay, don't look under the stairs.

Door on stairs needs to be sealed. Exhaust from delivery motorcycles came in door.
