"Impossible to obtain a proper invoice"

The location of the accommodation was very convenient for us, halfway between the city center and the university to which we commuted daily.

As we were traveling for work, we needed an invoice. Despite several reminders by telephone, we were unable to obtain an invoice for our week spent in this accommodation. The only invoice we were finally sent included only the cleaning costs and the tourist tax, but not the main costs of renting the accommodation! This is unacceptable. Other than that, facilities are acceptable but relatively limited: the living room table is very small for 6 people, bathrooms are moderately equipped and basic hygiene items such as soap and toilet paper were clearly insufficient for the number of people and the time spent in the accommodation.
