FLH Oporto Captain House

Location was good for the university. The apartment was bright and spacious, with two good showers. Staff were very helpful and welcoming over Whatsapp.

The sofa bed was in an open plan kitchen/siting room area where the fridge was very noisy throughout the night. The kitchen lacked a cork screw for opening wine. The internet connection was poor.

The intended way was hands on and kept us out of the way of any staff.

But they did not explain clearly that the apartment was the remote pick up, not the office that was in a remote location from the booked location. Most facilities didnt work, and the actual customer service got short with us and unhelpful

Nice apartment and good communication with staff.

Location was a bit far from everything but manageable. Upon arrival to the apartment we missed details like body wash and shampoo/ conditioner like we have had in other locations. Some lamps were hanging with exposed wires.

Great location, comfy beds.

We booked and paid for 6 people and there were only 3 chairs and 2 mugs. Staff was super kind but unable to solve the problem. It’s a good place to stay if you’re going to be out all day, but forget about having meals at home, unless you don’t mind standing while eating haha

Nice location next to cheap and local cafeteria, just 1 minute walk.

Little damp downstairs, couch was smelling bad. But generally ok.

Place was clean and and homely. Facilities worked well, customer service was responsive and very helpful.

Soap was provided in small packets but would be better if a bottle was provided instead
