VIVA Whilom Secret with garage

Our stay in Porto was excellent. The apartment was well located, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops all within walking distance, which made exploring the city very convenient. The apartment itself was nice and cozy, and it had everything we needed for our stay. The amenities were modern and in good condition, and the neighborhood was peaceful, which made for a very comfortable experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Porto.

Ubicación, instalaciones, todo nuevo y bien cuidado

Solo una copia de las llaves hace difícil la logística. Una segunda copia estaría bien. La puerta está un poco “rara” Y faltaban algunas cosas, como baldas en el segundo baño para apoyar un champú

2nd bedroom not really a bedroom for older adults.

L’emplacement est très bien, appartement très bien situé.

Nous n’avons pas été informé des travaux dans la rue aussi beaucoup de bruit et de poussière. Aucun service pour les poubelles : un seul sac poubelle dans la cuisine. Appartement à rafraîchir. Les extérieurs sont assez sales et pas seulement à cause des travaux.

Location was good but the road in front is under construction with heavy equipment so noise from 7:30 AM. Jackhammers, concrete saws, heavy equipment all day long.

It in the middle of heavy and load construction. It smelled musty in the apartment and there was mold in the bathroom and marks on all the walls. It needs a good renovation of paint and cleaning.

Las camas eran super cómodas. El apartamento moderno y bonito con todo lo necesario. Plaza de parking incluido

Las bombas frío calor imposibles de programar, hacerlas funcionar. Obras de larga duración muy ruidosas en el parque delante del apartamento desde las 7 am. Deberían avisar, no es lo mismo ir por trabajo que madrugas que ir por ocio que te levantas más tarde.

El apartamento es moderno y espacioso , bien situado para ver la ciudad sin mover el coche. El tener plaza de garage es algo que se agradece. La calle estaba en obras, cuando las terminen seguro que le queda el entorno bonito.

No tener espejo grande, solo habia los espejos pequeños de los cuartos de baño. Tiene sitios para poder ponerlo.

- The heating in the rooms is very loud - The air conditioner in the living room cannot heat the space, the apartment has to be heated from the bedrooms - There is no microwave - One of the four beds is a pull-out extra bed - There is no coat rack in the hallway - Moldy bathroom, uncleaned extractor hoods - Homeless people, beer bottles in the apartment building doorway
