⚠️ Attention ! Ils annoncent des chambres climatisées, mais ce n’est absolument pas le cas ! Nous sommes venus en famille à l’hôtel Salou Playa et ce fut une véritable catastrophe : impossible de bien dormir pendant tout notre séjour à cause de l’absence de climatisation. Malgré nos réclamations, aucune solution proposée : ni changement de chambre, ni dédommagement. Autre gros problème : le stationnement. Aucune place de parking disponible durant tout notre séjour, ce qui nous a fortement limités dans nos déplacements pour éviter de perdre notre place. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel !

"Awful please do not book and will not giveback your deposit will find away not to give back"

Was near shop and restaurants

They take deposit and will not give it back they find a way not to give it back to you certain people at the pool start arguments so u lose deposit we watched the same family start arguments at least 5 times over our 7 day stay.. cockroaches under are bin under sink nothing was down about it… bathroom door didn’t lock or any of the bedroom doors didn’t close properly..no air conditioning I asked 3 times to be checked we had to buy fans I have been travelling all my life and never have stayed in a worst place in my life u had to hire fans say there us air conditioning when there isn’t 39 degrees heat fans just didn’t cut it but was better than nothing

Good location.

Holes in walls, sofa bed was so dirty I had to end up sharing a single bed with my child and rest of apartment was unclean.Pool very busy not enough sun loungers, people that clearly aren’t in apartments using the pool. Extra fee for early check in that was an absolute pain to get, staff were rude and unhelpful. Large deposits and you have to pay to leave cases too!

La ubicación

El apartamento es muy pequeño para cuatro personas ,las camas incomodísimas .En fin un precio muy caro para lo que te ofrece el apartamento. Lo único bueno que tiene es la ubicación

La piscina, l'appartamento accogliente e comodo...la vicinanza al mare e a tutta la vita mondana

Il condizionatore...per fortuna usato poco,mi sono accorto tardi che era pieno di polvere e non so cos'altro...da denuncia...
