The property was very well located as it was only a 3 minute walk to the beach and right beside the main restaurant and shopping pedestrian roads.

Check-in is at 17:00. When we arrived for check-in at 17:00 there were massive queues. When we finally got to the front of the queue at 17:32 we were told that the apartment was not ready and should return in 30 minutes. Annoyed, but patient, we went for a walk. We returned at 18:10 to find 3 other families in the same situation waiting to collect the keys. We had to wait while one employee was dealing with a complaint regarding the air conditioning not working and another dealing with a client complaining about the balcony door not working. When we got to the front of the line we were told we would have to wait another 30 minutes for the keys. At this point, Joan, the employee noticed that I was upset and offered me a late checkout. We finally received the keys at 18:45. I requested parking and was told by Rodrigo that it was 2 minutes away. As it turns out, parking was a 4 minute drive away and an 11 minute walk. The sleeper couch is one half sofa and 1 half single bed. The single bed had a water proof cover over it. The apartment offered 2 single bed sheets for this set up. I messaged the property via booking.com to request additional sheet or bedding to use on the sofa. I received a call back in 5 hours telling me that someone would be bringing me the sheets. The sheets never arrived and we ended up using our clean beach blanket as our fitted sheet. The wifi did not work. When I was leaving the keys for checkout, I heard another family complaining regarding the air conditioning not working.

Rooms are clean and apartments are located close to all amenities, no mad rush for sunbeds and shops and restaurants close by

Air con was really poor and the rooms were unbearable! There was a heat wave when we stayed and it was hotter in our rooms than outside! Cost to hire a fan and to be fair they didn't even blow air ... ended up buying a better fan from a local shop

Lovely apartment great location

Building is a little let down & old but apartment itself is nice. Air conditioning doesn’t work really I had a buy a fan.
