Please note that key collection takes place at: BRISASOL Navarra, 2 43840 Salou Guests are kindly requested to contact the hotel prior to arrival for further details. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR50 per person is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on checkout. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Bed linen is provided. Apartments are cleaned before arrival and after departure. You can rent a safe from reception, subject to availability. If you expect to arrive after 20:00 please let Apartamentos Fèlix know in advance. When booking more than 4 units, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Arrivals outside reception business hours must complete a registration form and pay the full amount at least 48 hours before arrival, and there is an extra fee. The keys can then be collected from a key box at the office at any time.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Ubicación. Calidad-precio. La casa estaba y tenía todo lo que necesitabamos.

El parking era bajo y no pudimos aparcar el coche. Las dos lavadoras estuvieron rotas y no pudimos usarlas. Hacia frío en la casa

El apartamento está a 5 minutos de la playa (literal)... Las 3 habitaciones son tranquilas... aunque las de arriba necesitarian una renovación (aislamiento del viento/gente/...) La plaza de aparcamiento privado, es entre dos columnas pero con calma.. todo bien. Estancia muy agradable.

Solo hay toallas de mano ... En la cocina nos encontramos "mascotitas" (Hormigas) //has de dejar el menaje limpio, pero no hay con qué...

Прекрасное расположение,паркинг ,чудесная терраса,в пешей доступности пляж и супермаркет .

Отсутствие геля и полотенец для душа,моющего средства для посуды, кухонного полотенца и кухонной тряпочки.

La ubicación

No había nada para limpiar y para asearse, las toallas pequeñas, solo toallas de manos, nos faltaron mantas para dormir que tuvimos que ir al día siguiente a solicitar. Y para colmo una cucaracha bien grande en la habitación. Todo fatal

Apartamento amplio y muy buen ubicado, a pocos minutos en coche de Port Aventura. Cuenta con plaza de aparcamiento.

El apartamento olía mal, fatal, desagradable. Mobiliario y puertas antiguas, necesita una “actualización”. Al llegar nos dio la bienvenida una cucaracha en el baño, en los días posteriores salieron a saludarnos otras tres… Después de la primera cucaracha, llamé a recepción para avisar, me dijeron que el ayuntamiento había fumigado por la calle y que por eso habían salido las cucarachas, que el problema estaba en todo el vecindario, pero que al día siguiente podía pasar el de mantenimiento a poner trampas en el apartamento. Como no íbamos a estar, decidimos comprar un insecticida nosotros. Deberían tener hecho un tratamiento de desinsectación para evitar cosas así. Imagino que el ayuntamiento habría avisado de la campaña de fumigación, por lo que habrían podido tomar medidas para prevenir y así evitar que nos encontráramos con estos “huéspedes o visitantes”…
