Please note that key collection takes place at: BRISASOL Navarra, 2 43840 Salou Guests are kindly requested to contact the hotel prior to arrival for further details. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR50 per person is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on checkout. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Bed linen is provided. Apartments are cleaned before arrival and after departure. You can rent a safe from reception, subject to availability. If you expect to arrive after 20:00 please let Apartamentos Fèlix know in advance. When booking more than 4 units, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Arrivals outside reception business hours must complete a registration form and pay the full amount at least 48 hours before arrival, and there is an extra fee. The keys can then be collected from a key box at the office at any time.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Solo aire acondicionado en la planta de abajo en el salón"

La ubicación muy buena y el parkin justo debajo del apartamento. Pero la puerta de acceso al parkin y el espacio para aparcar era complicado y muy justo para un santa fe.

Que a la llegada me quisieran cobrar más de lo que aparecía en booking.com, que me retuvieron de fianza 400 en vez de los 300 que aparecían en la página. Y por supuesto que solo hubiera aire acondicionado en el salón comedor en la planta baja y que en las habitaciones no. Tuvimos que coger el colchones y bajarlos al salón pk el calor arriba era insoportable.

L’emplacement

Les cafards,le manque de verrous, les photos ne ressemble pas, les toilettes trop étroite je n’ai pas pu m’assoir dessus étant costaud, le rideau de douche pourri , un pet dans le carré douche baignoire. Appartement trop bruyant mal isolé. Literie et draps sales déjà servi. Le personnel quand tu lui parle il s’en fiche royalement.

Pues no nos gustó porque primero la reserva que incluía parking y nos quedamos sin parking le dieron la plaza a otra persona. El día devolver llaves nos lian una que devolvieramos las llaves del parking cuando no nos dieron. Segundo 5 personas y solo dejaron 5 toallas de mano y sucias y tercero cucharas en el baño y en una habitación

"A perfect location and the big apartment."

The property is really close to the beach and the city.

If you want to connect to WiFi - you need to pay 10€ and, also if you have to dry your hair, they to pay 10€ as well. So sad that they make you charge for everything.

"Would never go back"

Not a lot

Carparking didn't suit a large car No view from either balcony as trees infringing on both balconies. Ants and cockroaches in apartment Someone else had keys to the use of my private washing machine area Checked with rental company and assured they shouldn't have access. Beds were very basic and light Person who stayed above us arrived on 3rd day and dog barked continuously. The bath was actually a shower tub as only 2 feet long Second toilet was infringed by sink. Left two days early do to issues Fridge freezer was rusty and had a broken door handle
