Please note that key collection takes place at: BRISASOL Navarra, 2 43840 Salou Guests are kindly requested to contact the hotel prior to arrival for further details. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR50 per person is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on checkout. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Bed linen is provided. Apartments are cleaned before arrival and after departure. You can rent a safe from reception, subject to availability. If you expect to arrive after 20:00 please let Apartamentos Fèlix know in advance. When booking more than 4 units, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Arrivals outside reception business hours must complete a registration form and pay the full amount at least 48 hours before arrival, and there is an extra fee. The keys can then be collected from a key box at the office at any time.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Had a lovely stay"

The apartment was a good size. The balcony was great had the sun on there all day. The rooms were a decent size. The kitchen had everything you needed. Was in a good location close to everything and only a short walk to the beach. The shower was good and hot water lasted quite a long time.

Some of the plug sockets were a bit dodgy. The toilet made a funny noise and kept filling itself up all day and night but my dad fixed it.

"Emplacement idéal! Appartement très bien pour une famille, la terrasse est très agréable."

L’adresse pour récupérer les clefs est très claire. L’emplacement est idéal (plage/ PortAventura, commerces) et la terrasse très appréciable. Parking privé compris dans le prix. Les 3 chambres séparées sont idéales pour une famille ( 3 générations sous le même toit) Coup de cœur pour cet appartement où nous avons passé un bon moment en famille.

Il faut passer par un service de conciergerie en arrivant, après 800 kms nous avons du faire la queue 1h pour récupérer les clefs du logement…. Nous avons fait le booking en avance, mais le service de conciergerie refait tout…. Il faut prévoir encore 15min au comptoir… La caution n’est pas très claires, j’attends encore de la récupérer ( faut compter environ 5€ de frais bancaire en plus pour cette autorisation)

Emplacement au top

Pas de couverture, pas de produits ménagers, pas d'éponge, casseroles qui ne tiennent pas sur les plaques (fond bombé). C'est vraiment très limite

"Apartamento familiar céntrico"

El apartamento es amplio y a 5 minutos de la playa.

La limpieza era deficiente y faltaba menaje de cocina. Además no dejaron ningún elemento para la limpieza (trapos, estropajo, bayeta, lavavajillas).

La casa necesita una renovación pero está muy bien situada y cómoda,parking estrecho pero funcional

La nevera detrás de la puerta era incomodisima…..había que unirla al salón

La ubicación está cerca del centro, de la playa y a 15 minutos andando de PortAventura. La terraza enorme para hacer todas las comidas fuera, que tenga dos baños porque si van los 6 que caben es un plus que haya dos y que admiten mascotas.

La situation géographique du logement, calme et proche de la mer des commerces. La conception du logement était très satisfaisante.

Les relations avec la réception de Rentalmar. Si l'accueil de Rudy était bien , le suivi face à un problème de clés ne correspondant pas à l'ouverture de l'appartement ( une seule clé pour la porte d'entrée sur 6 clés et 2 pour le parking ) a été déplorable
