Please note that key collection takes place at: BRISASOL Navarra, 2 43840 Salou Guests are kindly requested to contact the hotel prior to arrival for further details. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR50 per person is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on checkout. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Bed linen is provided. Apartments are cleaned before arrival and after departure. You can rent a safe from reception, subject to availability. If you expect to arrive after 20:00 please let Apartamentos Fèlix know in advance. When booking more than 4 units, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Arrivals outside reception business hours must complete a registration form and pay the full amount at least 48 hours before arrival, and there is an extra fee. The keys can then be collected from a key box at the office at any time.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
