Riva - the heart of palace

The host went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. He was always available, met us and carried our luggage up the stairs, met us to help park our rental car too. The apartment was nice, comfortable and very spacious (bedroom, main room, bath, but kitchen a bit small), air conditioner worked efficiently. The location and view from our main window can’t be beat!

The apartment could have benefitted with some fabric dish towels (we had paper towels) and more coffee, sugar (and perhaps a starter coffee milk) for the number of days we stayed (7), plus salt and pepper, cooking oil.

We had a wonderful stay at Riva - The Heart of the Palace. The location is perfect—right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions on foot. The views from the accommodation were absolutely stunning and made our stay even more memorable. The host was fantastic: welcoming, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. Their hospitality really made us feel at home. We would highly recommend Riva Heart of the Palace to anyone looking for a central location, amazing views, and a great host.

Magnificent view across the harbour. Room great size and perfect as a base for a few days All communication good and meeting the host was an added bonus. Bed very comfortable and the room spotlessly clean. This is a must visit if you are in split Stairs a bonus workout got us ready for the day and allowed our ice cream indulgence to be guilt free

Wonderful apartment in a great location in Split with an amazing view of the sea. The host was extremely helpful in meeting us to provide the codes and recommendations.

On the 3rd floor so lots of stairs. We did not mind but good to know ahead of time.

Beautiful decor and very comfortable. Sea and harbour view is amazing. Felt very safe and apartment is in a perfect location for bars and restaurants.

Situé au coeur du palais et sur la Riva, promenade en bord de mer. Épiceries, pharmacie, Green market, etc proches. Tout se fait en marchant, 4-5 plages, le Parc Marzan en hauteur avec vue incroyable! Le seul hic est que vous devez monter 3 étages pour votre superbe vue. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et avenants, Vlado brought my luggage up when I arrived. Aussi, on pourrait croire que ce serait bruyant comme emplacement, mais les volets et les doubles fenêtres Thermos bloquent le bruit complètement

L’entrée commune au 3e n’est pas très insonorisée alors si vous avez des voisins fetards, vous vous faites réveiller, mais ce n’est pas la faute de la chambre
