Great views and location was close to Old Town. . The bed linens were top notch and the tv in each room was a favourite of my son.

The building itself is not a pretty building but the apartment inside was fantastic! It’s a walk up, so be prepared to go up 3 flights of stairs. Also parking is not at the property but you can find parking around the neighborhood, just need to circle around a few times.

Excellent location. A few minutes walk to all the restaurants. Fabulous view of Split from the balcony and lovely to sit in the evening and admire all the luxury yachts! The beds were very comfortable. Great shower! Washing machine was handy.

A lot of stairs. Was difficult getting up and down with a heavy suitcase.

Amazing apartment. Everything was great - location, view from balcony, appliances. Loved the supermarket in the building too. Highly recommended!

Great location. Spacious, well equipped apartment including convenience of washing machine & dishwasher. Comfortable beds. Ample storage. Property manager’s communication & helpfulness were exceptional. Balcony is big and well furnished with view of boats. Well stocked supermarket in same block as apartment. Tap water drinkable.

For some, 60 steps to third floor would be a challenge but not an issue for us.

"Perfect place"

Excellent location with beautiful view. 5 minute walk to the old town and great restaurants nearby. Lovely to sit on the balcony and people/yacht watch. Apartment lovely and bright but with shutters for a good nights sleep. Basic self catering essentials provided and supermarket nearby. Communication with host was very good.

Amount of stairs to climb, not suitable for older people. No clear instructions for appliances. Unpleasant entrance to building. Please make it clear about the amount of stairs
