Sun and Sea Deluxe Apartments

Absolutely perfect. Sitting on the balcony watching the passing parade of large and small boats with the backdrop of Split and the surrounding hills and off shore islands. Fantastic. The apartment feels newly renovated with everything you need. It was larger than it looked in the pictures and having 2 toilets and 1 bathroom works very well for 2 couples. You are a short walk to the center of the old town, and walking the other way,along the harbour,you have a lovely park area above the cliffs and beaches further on. This is a great apartment and Zoran was easy to communicate with and very helpful with restaurant recommendations and check out time.

Great views and pristine clean. Zoran was very helpful and communicated all the details very well so we had no issues with the check-in.

The coffee provided was undrinkable. I don’t think it has been replenished in months.

Excellent apartment for location and comfort

Amazing view with big balcony with outdoor furniture. Super bright but with blinds that can make the apartment dark if wished. Great location, walking distance to atractions, shuttle bus and beach. Fully new, renovated excelent equipped. Proper espresso machine with coffee provided. all appliances working perfectly. comfortable bed. Extremely clean. The WiFi modem was inside the apartment with fast and reliable connection all around the apartment and balcony. Zoran is very eficient host and prompt to assist if needed.

When I booked it does say apartments. Just think they need to make it clear which apartment you are in & the layout. Apartment is on the third floor which is great for the view but if there was a fire how to get out. There's only one way in or out via the stairs
