Sun and Sea Deluxe Apartments

The owner couldn't get to the apartment when we arrived but he gave me clear instructions on how to enter the apartment. He arrived within 30 minutes to greet us. The apartment is great, the kitchen area has everything you need, the bathroom is very clean and modern, the shower is really good.. The apartment is in a great location for the old town. We liked walking along the promenade in the evenings. The view is absolutely stunning, We loved spending time sitting on the balcony watching the boats come in and out of the harbor. There is a supermarket under the apartment.

There wasn't a lot of wardrobe space for two. Some drawers would be really useful. This was no fault of the owner but there were two men staying in the apartment next door that played music in the early hours of the morning.

The owner zoran was excellent with communication and arranged for a taxi from the airport and met us at the apartment. Apartment was spotless and very comfortable with really high quality beds, hot shower water and air conditioning. The view from the balcony overlooking the bay and all the super yachts was stunning. Location is perfect to walk into Riva or up the Marjan park or to the marina and jadran beach club. Supermarket right below.

Nothing really but a few more kitchen utensils would have been helped like a grater and salt/ pepperfoil/clingfilm Wrap would have helped but there is a super market below so we just bought it all.

This apartment was fantastic. It felt very open, and it was very clean and bright. It was so nice to have a full bathroom, and a second smaller bathroom with only a toilet. We spent so much time on the balcony overlooking the sea.

Just be aware it’s a 4th floor walk-up with no elevator.

The apartment was lovely and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean and well looked after and had fabulous views from the windows and balcony. There was a supermarket just under the apartments which was very useful. The location was excellent with a huge selection of bars, cafes and restaurants a short stroll away.

It would have been useful to have been provided with a small amount of information in the apartment.

This property is in a great location a short 5min walk to the main centre (Riva and Diocletians palace) very helpful to be so close to centre because this is where most of the activities started. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and had stunning views of the port.

The apartment was exactly as described and in a perfect location. A five min walk to old town, 15 min to the ferry dock and right across from the Riva. The deck over looked the bay and was the perfect spot to sit after a busy day exploring and watch the boats come and go. The grocery store with fresh bread in the morning was a bonus. Never met our host but he was always quick to respond to questions.

Loved everything

The location was 10/10. The view from the balcony was the best view in split. Zoran the host is such a nice person and was always there to help with recommendations and made our stay so special.
