Sun and Sea Deluxe Apartments

The Sea Apartment is a studio apt, one room. Ikea furniture, kitchen corner and bathroom. Limited space for storage of clothes/suitcases. Nothing deluxe about it, studio is newly renovated, the building complex itself is an old grey 1960-model. The asset of this studio is the good size of the balcony, and the marvellous view of the town and harbour. It is also in walking distance to ”everything” in the town of Split.

I expected a one bedroom apartment as the booking description says, but this is a one room studio apartment. The building do not look nice. The apartment is in the 3th floor, no elevator. Noisy street in front of the building, construction activity nearby, likely to go on for some time as a new big hotel is beeing build there

The location and the overall apartment. It was high spec and spotless.

I misinterpreted the description of the flat and thought it had a separate bedroom. I think it would be better described as a studio flat. However, the flat was of a really high standard, so it's not a major dislike and therefore I have said it met my expectations on the next question.

The stairs up to the 3rd floor were an issue but that was all. We are in our seventies and our knees aren’t too good.

Everything was to liking. My family will definitely stay here again.
