No staff, only self check in, Leave messages nobody answer No way to store luggage before check in or after check out steps are very steep, in the property, not luggage friendly. Bedding Sheets were used for quite a while, really needs to be throw away.

The location is great.

It was way smaller than expected. There wasn't a single corner to store the luggage and nowhere to use the kettle in but the floor. The kettle was crusty and disgusting, and while the room had two mugs (one dirty) it didn't have a single spoon. The sink has a hole for the faucet, but said faucet is a shower coming from the wall. It's so so easy to splash the floor, but incredibly complicated to fill the kettle or wash your hands. Not only that, the shower leaked so much that filling it with the shower wasn't an option either. Two people stayed for two days and we had only one small toilet paper roll, so we contacted the host asking for spoons and toilet paper, and we never got a response. I haven't even mentioned the creaky bed nor how thin the walls were. Or the tiny stairs so get to the room, nor the terrible overall quality of everything, and don't get me started on the ridiculous space between the wall and the bed. Honestly the worst booking experience to date.

It was very basic, but for the price I payed it was very good. I often travel from Belgium to Karlukovo and back and often I can't do it in one day. So this place is perfect for me when traveling.
