I contact the owner of this place one day before to check if it was possible to make a early check in, during the call this lady told me the earliest was at 11 and she was going to send me the information to access to the property, prior to arrive I informe her that we was on our way, she do not replay to me, when we arrive to the place the room looks like it was clean similar like the pictures and there was 2 towels and sheets but they do not clean or change the sheets, they just make the bed and put the towels to make it look cleans, the sheets was the one used the previous guests, we found food and hair in the sheets cockroaches spiders and more bugs. This lady told me that it was my problem Even though she told us that we could arrive earlier, she later told me that check-in was at 3 but again during the call she agreed to process our check in at 11, she was super rude and despotic, she told me that it was my fault when at no time despite me informing her that we were going to the accommodation she answered my messages she just ignored me, and in any case someone would have come to clean and we would have left however no one ever came. Then I asked her to help me with information about a taxi and mockingly and arrogantly she told me: now you need me so I told her that it was a lack of respect to treat us like that and that I would investigate by my own means. In the early morning I got up to the bathroom and there were a lot of cockroaches on the floor we couldn’t support anymore and we left at 4:30 am

The bed is uncomfortable and there is no massage other than the bed

Very small but clean room ! It was good for its price ! Location was in the walking distance of all the main sights in the center! It is also close to Serdika metro station

Good location, nearby public transport, very clean and pictures matched exactly to the room that I've stayed.

Walls are extremely thin, everything is hearing from the other rooms. Especially if there is a loud company in the other room as in my case, just forget about sleep. Beside that is good for one night sleepover.

Everything was fine. I had a check out around 11:00 and I had a flight to my country around 22:00. I asked to owner if I can leave my luggage in some place in the building and she agreed that I can leave my things in a storage room. I am so glad for it because I didn't have to carry this luggage with me and I could still explore the city during this time. The owner is very nice and helpful. She writes back efficiently on WhatsApp.

The room and the bathroom was very clean, nice to see a kettle available, location is nice and central close to central railway station and the underground station close by.

I read it was small, but tiny would have been a better description, there was a kettle but no cups, or spoon to make a hot drink in, I was sent instructions on how to get into the property with a photo of the sheet metal gate, but a new gate has been fitted and no signage, there's very little room to get out of the bed probably 300 mm the other side is against the wall.
