Great location, clean, very comfy, great value for money.

The bathroom could use a couple of shelves and hooks for the towels. The room is very small, but for the price, it's great.

Location was excellent ... Clean room .. fine for a short stay.

Customer service a little poor ... I reported a problem with the Aircon heater ... It was blowing cold air but the lady was unhelpful and abrupt ... The problem was not solved and so the room was a little cold.

many nuances no place to put a kettle on the bed you have to climb the distance from the wall to the bed is small there was an electronic cigarette under the duvet cover plus hair in the bathroom poor cleanliness there is no basic chair if you took a shower, keep in mind that you need slippers because the floor in the shower and toilet will be wet, there is no mop

It was cheap and the location is amazing. The bed was decent ant the heating worked so the room was warm.

The stink coming from the canal made the bathroom which lacks a window well, stinky. The bathrooms door would not close and so the smell would go in the bedroom as well. The floor was very cold and there was nothing to step on to keep your feet warm between the bath and the bed. The soap was warted town.

Shower was broken in the room, i tried to contact the host about it, but didnt receive any reply.. neither repear was done. As a result, I wasnt able to use shower. No hair dryer, although it was indicated as available. Location is very bad, this I wasnt realised while made a booking as it is my first time in Sofia. Building is facing large market directly and not in good neibourhood. It was very scary to walk in the evening there. Its centally located, but its not good part of the center.

The apartment was cosy.
