Studio Apartman Kaćunić

We loved our stay here the location is perfect it's a 10 to15 minute walk from Split Bus Station, there is the Tennis Club opposite with 2 bars and Firule Beach is just down the steps, a lovely quiet friendly, family, shallow & sandy beach also used by the locals. A supermarket and several places to eat close by. We were greeted by our lovely host with homemade chocolate cake and fresh fruit, the apartment was spotlessly clean and has all you need with air con in the lounge and also in the upstairs bedroom, there are 2 single beds in the downstairs bedroom with a shower bathroom and 2/3 single beds in the upstairs bedroom with a shower bathroom also. Note the stairs are quite steep so too are the access steps to the apartment if you have mobility issues. There is space to sit outside in the family garden. Movi restaurant is a few doors down and we love the food there. Split Old Town is about a 20 minute walk or you can easily get taxis - so much to see and do here, loads of boat trips and the sight seeing bus is great value. The apartment is very well located, super clean, organised, there is everything you need. Beautiful deco, super fresh inside, even without air conditioner, although there are 2. The host couple is very welcoming and friendly. Lovely place to stay! I highly recommend it!

Perfect stay in Perfect place. 2 bedrooms with 2 separate bathrooms. Quiet, Nice, tidy place for long stay. Well equiped kitchen, close access to the beach. Hosting family- Angels on Earth!! The nices hosts that we have ever met! They've met us with home baked cake, provider toys for childern and helped in every situaton. The Best place in Split!!! Thank you;)

Nice location and comfortable apartment. The owners were kind and friendly. I recommend the accommodation.

We parked on the street and several times our car was tampered with by passers by. This is not the fault of the property, but I just wanted to mention it for people who travel by car.
