Studio Apartman Kaćunić

Easy to find, well located, perfectly equipped- this is all about Studio Apartman Kaćunić. Ankica is just the ideal host: treated us with home made pastries and goodies from the garden. She also has a few tips to make your Split stay a unique! You have a beach just 3 mins walk from apartment, in fact several beaches. Small shop is just 1 min, and Spar 10 mins walking. Just across the street is a next bike parking spot so you can rent a bike and explore the city. Medieval Split is 20 mins away. There is also a Michelin 2023 rated restaurant DVOR also 5 mins walking from the apartment. We would love to come back.

Lovely host who greeted us with homemade treats. Perfect location to walk down stairs to the beach and even to Diocletian’s Palace.

Perfect 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Great location approx 15 min walk along coast to main town. Hosts were so friendly and helpful. Great place to stay

The location was amazing, just a couple of minutes from the ocean and a couple of wonderful cafe's.

Hosts were very friendly and treated us with cakes and local drinks. Location is perfect, close to the beach and cafes. Appartement was very cozy with all the necessary tools in the kitchen. Best part was little outdoor space with cute garden where we could pick fresh paprika for salad. Thank you for memorable holiday!!!

The property was in a perfect location - only 2 minutes walk from the beach and a 5 minute taxi into the town centre. There were a range of excellent restaurants, bars and shops within a 5 minute walk - particularly Konoba Nevera and Bottiglia Wine Bar. We had a great sunset view from the local tennis club bar also. Inside the apartment there was great air conditioning, comfortable single beds and 2 bathrooms with other useful facilities such as a fridge and kettle. Outside there is a lovely patio to sit at night. The hosts were very kind and welcoming, always checking if we were having a good time and providing lovely touches such as cake and homemade juice. I would definitely recommend staying here for a fantastic base to explore Split and the local area.

The only downside was a lack of storage space in the bedroom to unpack your clothes due to the crib.

The studio was very clean and tidy and the owners are really nice! They received us with some pastries and fresh fruit! There’s a small garden with tomatoes and they gave us a couple delicious ones for dinner. Really recommend

Great house located close to the beach and also near the city center. The owners are very nice and polite. The house is clean and has everything you need. There are also many good restaurants nearby.
