Nice room and facilities

Do not book this place unless you have a car. It was really far from town in an area that you would not want to walk at night. I was told there would be bikes we could use but then when we got there, they had flat tyres and we couldn't use them. Unfortunately the team were not helpful in finding alternative bikes or cancelling our booking. Water was not hot and the kitchen was missing some necessities.

Really chill on the quiet side of tulum!

- the host was very friendly and always replied Immediately

- the location of the hotel: it is far away from the city center. We didn’t feel safe and you definitely need a car or a taxi in the night (which is quite expensive in Tulum) - the room was dirty. There was blood in the bed sheets and excrements next to the toilet - as it is located outside the city, be aware to have more animals in your room (e.g. cockroaches)

Amazing place. Wonderful garden and hang out area. Amazing studio & the bed slept really comfi. We loved cutiepie Benito the cat. We will definitely come back when we're in Tulum!

Only point of feedback was the noise when using water.

It is very comfortable and cozy.

It is a bit far from the city center, but no problem if you have a car or scooter.
