Very beautiful room and lovely space by the pool

Service at reception could be done better. Bikes wer promised to us two times but both times they ended up being unavailable. We ended up walking but it's 2km before reaching the town center and taxi's. Also reception only opens at 9 (if it opens at all) which is a challenge for early arrangements of check-out

Building was clean and pleasant I was able to hire a bike from the venue Lots of snack options available for purchase in the room

Reception hours were limited, so getting my bike bond back wasn't convenient. Roosters crowing early next door

Very nice oasis with wonderful clean pool to chill out. Everything perfectly clean. Service excellence! Everything we asked for was organized by the manager Sofia 😊 Also the breakfast was very good - we had a banana pancake, fruits, juice and coffee :)

We rented a scooter, otherwise you might need a taxi to get around.

Staff, quietness, amazibg breakfast by Roxana. Karla at the reception was great and cleaning ladies did ab amazing job. 5 stars stay and quality at a reasonable price.

The chef makes the best breakfast. Swimming pool is great. We booked the apartment for 9 days and we had a lovely time. It has great wifi to work. It's spacious. The location is quiet, far away from the noisy center but only a 5 min drive towards it. We had difficulties to open the front door but communication with Sofie was quick&lovely. Parking in front of the hotel.

I would love to see more Mexican breakfast instead of 3 times the oatmeal pancakes (we stayed 9 days). The lady at the reception was not very friendly or interested at all. No hello/goodbye/how are you.

Kanil was my favorite booking and stay of all the 9 hotels/hostels we booked in Mexico. Amazing vibe, small and exclusive feel. I loved the pool and that I had it to myself most of time and the huge bed which was so comfy. The room had everything we needed, including a mini bad which is a plus since Kanil is far away from everything. It didn't matter to us since we had a car but you can easily rent bikes at the property.

It was quite noisy in the room from water pumps and guests showering on the top floor. That was unfortunate since as I said the property was very far away from the town center, practically in the jungle.
