Chill Kanil

The hotel itself is a very nice, firm mattress and big rooms. A very kind staff lady changes our sheets that were dirty, but apparently was normal due to the rusty clothesline. The swimming pool was a nice relief from the heath.

The owner played massively loud music at 7am on a Saturday morning from his car that woke up us and our neighbours. Apparently he was coming back from a party in town. I felt it was very disrespectful for his guests... the location was a bit far from the centre and not pleasant at all.

It was very neat and exactly as in the pictures. Pool was clean. Room was spacious and there was coffe and fridge. Stuff was nice but they don’t speak any English.

Far a way to the city

This place is absolutely beautiful, a quiet and green oasis just outside of the hustle and bustle of Tulum. We absolutely LOVED the pool, so nice to chill after a busy day or on check-out day. The room is brand new, spacious and clean. Overall, Chill Kanil exceeded our expectations and has the best value for money in Tulum!!!

Everything about this place exceeded our expectation. A lovely setting, comfortable room with everything we needed. We had the studio with a kitchen which was super well equipped to cook a meal. A/C and WiFi worked well. Sofia was a friendly host and helped us with everything over whatsapp, which was great. A really nice experience staying here and I’d definitely return again.

Taxis can be expensive and the walk is not ideal during the nighttime or middle of the day if it’s hot.

The breakfast was amazing, each day different and healthy Nice and clean room and pool Nice cat 🐈

Bikes were costly and old Location a bit off center

Chill Kanil is beautiful and quiet. You walk through the gates and into a paradise. Our host helped us book a moped to use which was super helpful.
