A lovely place to stay. Annick was on hand when we arrived to show us around the apartment and advise us on getting the most from our stay. We have stayed in Ieper before but it was good to get a local persons insight. We were pleasantly surprised by the local produce in the fridge. Rooms are comfortable and the Garden is a bonus. We will be booking again for next year and can't wait to return.

Beautifully appointed apartment. Even had beer, juice, cheese and yogurt in fridge that was complimentary. Spotlessly clean, felt very homey with cds, books and artworks. The garden was beautiful we spent each morning having breakfast with the birds.

We loved everything!!!!

Everything- Spacious and fully equipped ground floor apartment, 5 minute walk from the Menin Gate. Bi-fold doors open onto a lovely terrace. Street parking outside after 3pm but day parking close by. Piet and Annick are friendly hosts; very knowledgeable. Piet found where Ade’s great-grandad was fatally injured and we got to visit it. He also gave us loads of information about the First World War. Can’t recommend highly enough!

"An Exceptional Find, I Didn’t Want to Leave"

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was comfortable, and very beautiful. I have trouble relaxing when I first begin a journey, but in this instance, I felt an immediate sense of calm. Piet and Annick were excellent hosts, meeting us to check us in, and making sure we knew they were available, if we had any questions. The Saillant experience, helped create a very positive image of Ypres.

loved the welcome by the owner and the briefing that was first given. so so close to the Menin Gate and the centre. Nice touch with the fridge full of local produce.
