You get what you pay for. This is a very cheap apartment, which was conveniently located for an appointment in Almaty. The compulsory deposit of 20000KZT was returned promptly upon departure. The lady who was working as the supervisor on site was polite and pleasant.

It appears to be a converted 'obsyzhitiya' .. dormitory.... so walls very thin and corridors quite long and ill lit. The WiFi was so weak as to be unusable... maybe many users. As I mentioned above, you get what you pay for.. so this isn't a complaint, more just an observation.
