Not work tv and old things. Voice bed

Simple apartment with everything that we needed. Good location next to the grocery, fruits and vegetable stalls.

The property is nice by owner is very greedy and ask money for everything thing if you check in early she will ask for extra money if you check out early she will ask for extra money to pay to assistant Also ask for security deposit i.e. 20000 Tenge that was not at all mentioned any where She also charged us 2000 Tengo for early checkout this is first time i have seen this that owner are charging for early checkout

The property is nice but zero coordination by owner

There was a foul smell from the washroom. Owner refused to change or help. AC was not working and owner refused to provide the remote to use the AC.

"Our stay here was very pleasant. The location is excellent, with bus stops and grocery shops within walking distance. It's a peaceful area, free from vehicle or car sounds, which added to the serene ambiance. The rooms were clean, and coordinating and communicating with the owner via WhatsApp was effortless. The assistant lady was incredibly kind, sweet, and always had a smile, although she speaks limited English, she made sure to clear all our queries. Thank you for hosting us; we would love to stay here again on our next winter visit."
