The location is convenient. You get what you pay for ,good for short term stay. the owner was friendly and allowed to check in earlier.

The floor wasn't cleaned when I checked in.

Excellent location, very friendly host and the apartment is exactly what I needed. Thank you! Soon I'm going back to Almaty and renting the same apartment without thinking twice.

Well, this is my honest review after the experience I had. I booked this after seeing the reviews on booking.com. But upon booking I received a text from the host saying check-in or check-out is not available between the hours of 10pm-9am. But I had to catch a flight at 6am. Also the host asked to make a deposit payment to a card number before arrival, which I had no idea how to do. I sent several texts to the host to ask about the check out and deposit but couldn’t get in touch. After getting the support from booking.com the host finally reached me and said I can make the payment in cash upon arrival and if I want to check out early, I have to pay 2000 Tenge. I agreed to that because it was so late of that day and I had no choice. Unit is located in 3rd floor of an old apartment complex and have to go up the stairs and hallways. I booked an apartment instead of a room because of the kitchen facilities it had. But the first issue I had was the kitchen sink not draining. Had to use the bathroom sink for everything. Secondly the induction cooker you see in the picture is a dummy. Only the top glass was there but nothing inside. So I couldn’t make any meals as I wanted. They remove the remote controller for the Aircon during winter. Bed was noisy. Place was clean other than the issues I mentioned above. So check everything upon arrival before you make the payment.

It was quite central, and very cheap

I found 2 cockroaches, and staff couldn’t speak a word of English… There’s no lift and Had to Walk up 6-7 flights of stairs.

Almost brilliant location in the city centre with everything you need. Alway keep in touch with housekeeper and easy to get
