Perfect location and beautiful apartment.

Location & having a veranda

Had a strong cooking smell on arrival & we had to go & buy air freshener .

The location was excellent and a lovely view and very clean and quiet

Nicely presented property with lots of nice touches to make the stay comfortable. Apartment had everything that you need for a relaxing stay, perfect central location and a nice view from the balcony.

Location was fabulous. Nice to see the water in the distance and feel like you were in the tropics. The little extras in the room were so inviting, and the owner and cleaner were so approachable and helpful when we needed to contact them for late check out and key questions. It was so wonderful to have direct prompt contact.

The apartment is within the Breakfree complex but privately owned. The check-in and room details were very well explained by the owner, but when we asked the Breakfree receptionist about another issue, he was terribly, terribly rude. He said that they had nothing to do with that apartment and did not want to help. I was actually asking about the fire escape in the building, which is a property issue, not an apartment issue. He had to help us anyway to give us a parking voucher afterwards so he could have just been pleasant initially. It just gives these places a bad reputation. The man was also terribly rude to my young son, who was just trying to politely ask him a question. It is not at all necessary to behave like that. Whether it is a private apartment or not, there is no place for rude customer service within any tourism establishment.
