The cleaner had not bed wet dirty towels on the floor and dirty sheets on the bed the cleaner arrived after we checked in at 2 pm and cleaned while we there also no tea sugar or milk provided

perfect location, could walk everywhere to restaurants cafes & shops

Location was perfect, everything we needed was available at a short distance and lagoon across the road was great. Great BBQ facilities and pool area as well.

Sheets on the beds were very worn and old. The towels were stained and looked dirty a couple even smelt. We did ask reception for new towels but they weren't much better than what was provided. Both these could to with a full upgrade. The plates, mugs, glasses and cutlery could all do with a good clean as well. We had to wash everything we used prior to use.
