Situation centrale avec parking public à côté. Literie et espace interieur corrects.

A ameliorer: mettre des rideaux occultants dans le salon, couvercle sur la poubelle, mettre des couverts pour au moins quatre personnes, renouveler la batterie de cuisines casseroles etc... Avertir les clients que au rez-de-chaussée, juste à côté se trouve un bar à thème qui ouvre les soirs de week-ends de 22h à 2h et dont les clients prolongent la soirée à pied ou en voitures avec moteur en fonction entre 2h et 3 h.

Un appartement dans lequel il est très agréable de séjourner : emplacement, stationnement, calme et propre Une belle terrasse à l’abri des regards pour profiter des soirées d’été
