"Good to explore Cognac."

The apartment in itself is beautiful and in a great location only took a few minutes walk to wherever we wanted to go. The terrace was great.

Unfortunately the bathroom wasn’t clean and we had to find hair on the walls ☹️

A very nice retreat away from the bustling, more touristy destinations. The property is close to restaurants and shops and walking distance from Chateaux de Cognac. The terrace was the cherry on top! Thank you!

"Spacious apartment with nice roof terrace in the center of Cognac."

Spacious apartment with a nice roof terrace in the center of Cognac. We stayed here with our two kids for 2 nights, the living room is so large that you can keep the sofa bed unfolded. Definitely a good option if you are staying in Cognac!

"Amazing apartment - but sketchy host"

The apartment is spacious, fresh, clean with brand new electronics (TV, fast wifi, dishwasher, coffee machine). Comfortable bed, couch and beautiful bathroom. Big terrace with a nice view. Location is prime in city center.

The host did not welcome/receive us when we arrived. After our stay she tried to hassle us for extra money (140 €) for some damage on the wall that we hadn’t caused. A shame, since this apartment is great - with a more reasonable host it would have gotten 10 in our review!

"Beautiful apartment (but noisy bar below)"

Extremely spacious apartment, comfortable bedroom, lovely terrace, lots of sunlight. For the same price as most hotel rooms nearby, it’s a great deal with much more space.

The bar downstairs (Le VIP) was playing extremely loud music until 2am on a Thursday night, which made it very difficult to sleep, as the noise from outside is audible. A small note about the apartment itself: there is no place to hang the towels in the bathroom. Otherwise the apartment itself is splendid but it’s truly unfortunate that the bar is so loud.
