Très joli logement, bien aménagé et confortable dans le centre de Cognac. Conciergerie facile à contacter et efficace. Restaurants et commerces à proximité.

Pas grand chose, la bouilloire mériterait d'être détartrée (vinaigre blanc) et les poussières en hauteur (haut d'armoire, haut d'horloge, etc..)

Deposit - deposit itself, in our case deposit deducted twice, took a week to claim it back Noise - our accommodation from Thursday to Saturday night, at the same time open club in basement with loud music till 2 a.m. every day Trash - requirement to remove trash from flat when no trash bin available at property. Temperature - during our trip high temperatures 34-36 C. Flat worked more like greenhouse

No major issues the kettle didn’t work but we didn’t chase the host for another. I would imagine they would have replaced it.

Our stay at the one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Cognac was absolutely wonderful. We spent five delightful days enjoying the cozy and well-appointed space. The location is perfect, providing easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, making us feel right at home. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring that our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend this charming apartment to anyone visiting Cognac. We can't wait to return!

The location is perfect. We were attending a wedding and needed an iron, but they didn't have one... when we asked, they accommodated us with one which was very necessary for our clothes and very much appreciated. The place is so nice, fresh, and spotless. Also, the terrace is an added bonus.

Definitely need more towels
