Piso Señorial con vistas a la ria

Piso espacioso, muy limpio y fantástica ubicacion

Posee una plaza de parking que es un poco justa para un coche normal, pero se agradece en una zona donde es difícil aparcar

Lo mejor la ubicación y las vistas a la ría y teatro Arriaga

Eche de menos toalleros en los baños para colgar las toallas de ducha, y un poquito mejor calidad de las toallas

The location is a picture postcard. The apartment is very spacious and tasteful. The kitchen is a showpiece with high end appliances. Very close to the old town, train station and trams. Grab a Barik Travel Card as soon as you can. Bus and tram journeys are less than euro each with it. Including the airport. There are tips on YouTube

Nothing really. If you want to charge more than one mobile or iPad in the living space bring a double plug and extension. There are plenty of plugs in the bedrooms but they can be at the end of the hallway. The living space lights are super bright. The recommended luggage day storage is not the closest. I didn't price check though. So it might be cheaper

La posizione perfetta

Il mio giudizio purtroppo è inficiato dalla terribile esperienza durante il check in, secondo me si dovrebbe sapere prima che il tutto avviene tramite chiave digitale. Nel nostro caso non ha funzionato e siamo rimasti ore davanti alla porta con le bambine che piangevano dopo un lungo viaggio. Al telefono chi si occupa dell’appartamento non mi credeva e solo dopo tanto tempo e dopo che gli ho dovuto urlare hanno mandato qualcuno ad aprire. Una volta entrati abbiamo scoperto che c’era il modem staccato, per questo non funzionava la chiave digitale. Altra nota dolente il sistema di chiusura della porta dell’appartamento, in pratica si chiude automaticamente e per uscire si deve premere un pulsante che la fa sbloccare. Ora mi chiedo io se ci fossimo trovati in una situazione di pericolo in cui saremmo dovuti uscire dall’appartamento e il sistema si bloccava che cosa avremmo fatto? Saremmo rimasti praticamente in trappola.

sicuramente la posizione è bellissima, nella zona più bella di Bilbao, con una vista sul fiume e sulla Cattedrale. La casa è pulitissima e ordinata!!!! molto spaziosa e attrezzata .
