Lovely apartment, spacious with excellent facilities and furniture. Fantastic location near the old town and overlooking the river. Could spend time just standing at the balcony and watching Bilbao go by. Once we became familiar with the access technology was very reliable. Parking available on the property if required.

The apartment is not air conditioned, although it was fine while we were there (early September) as it was not too hot in Bilbao. There is heating for the colder months.

Great location, nice with parking. Also nice with two bathrooms.

Cleaning wasn’t satisfactory but the hosts sent a cleaning team right away when we complained (very good service). The apartment had its’ old charm but all textiles (carpets and curtains) should be replaced. New shower head and nice matching cloth hangers would make a positive difference with minimum cost.

Great location with a nice view. The apartment is spacious and good for a family.

The kitchen was clean, but had an odd smell and the living room space was musty and we needed to air it out upon arrival. It wasn’t great for my family member with asthma.

An absolutely perfect location, with a great view over the river. The kitchen was clean and well equipped, and the whole apartment was well furnished. The staff were very kind and helpful when we needed them.

It was a bit confusing to get in when we arrived. The instructions didnt say to press the buzzer first before using the remote unlocking system! We had to ring the helpline to get someone to let us in.

Because of heavy rain there was a local problem bad smells from the drains

Harsh lighting in living room and back bedroom, there was no nearby outlet to plug in the bedside table lamp.
